"The Young and the Restless" star Kristoff St. John died of hypertrophic heart disease, according to an autopsy report. The report also mentioned other contributing factors such as myocardial bridging and the effects of ethanol. The Los Angeles county coroner ruled his death an accident. St. John, who played Neil Winters on the soap opera, died on Feb. 3 in California. His personal life was marked by tragedy when his son committed suicide in 2014.
St. John is survived by his daughters and his fiancée, Russian model Kseniya Mikhaleva.
