Eric Braeden is officially cancer-free.
The 82-year-old Young And The Restless star revealed the good news for his fans during a Facebook Live session this Sunday.
He thanked his followers for their thoughts and prayers, adding that they helped him find strength during his health battle.
'I can tell you it obviously has helped because I had my last cystoscopy two days ago — that's when they thread a camera into your bladder — and I am cancer-free,' the soap opera star revealed.

Although his famous Young And The Restless character was initially only meant to be on the series for a limited time, Eric's portrayal of Victor Newman was so popular that his character's arc was extended.
The German-born actor had already established himself in Hollywood two decades prior to his famous 1980s soap opera role.
He was frequently cast as a German soldier or German villain in the 1960s - at one point early in his acting career he was told by a Universal Studios executive that he'd never get cast as the leading man in a film if he had a German name.
The talented television and film actor proved the executive wrong – he's still playing Victor, the character everyone loves to hate, to this day on The Young And The Restless.
However, the vigorous octogenarian was side-railed in April of this year after a urologist spotted 'high-grade' cancer cells in his bladder.
The cancer was so severe it left the Wonder Woman star unable to urinate.
In spite of his stressful prognosis, the Titanic star found solace in acting.
'I'm happy to be able to go to work,' the Murder She Wrote star said during his Facebook Live video where he initially announced his cancer diagnosis.
